Yes I aCtUaLLy interviewed Mike Rob...Hi Mz. Nurse!<br /><br />Yes I aCtUaLLy interviewed Mike Robinson a couple of days ago. His personal story is awesome, I concur. When he was telling me the story about the "David Ruffin Ripoff", I stopped him in the middle and said, "uhm that's too good to be true. Did you get all this in writing?" Robinson smiled and said, "Hold up I am getting to that." I shook my head and smiled thinking to myself, "Oh my goodness, you did not!" And yes, you should always find a balance or happy medium where both parties can benefit. It is called mutual gain. Also, you are right, the group did take a leap of faith asking someone who had never managed anyone to be their manager. However, it is quite evident that they made an excellent decision. It is always good to take some risks, but determining which risks are good and which ones are bad, is the hard part. <br /><br />Thanks so much for the compliment Mz. And i also agree bend a little because in the end there are the customer but dont bend over backwards and make a fool out of yourself..
